Update as promised

As promised from my previous Herts Connected Message around what we are doing around off road bikes/ e-scooters.

PCSO GOMM and myself have both raised our concerns around the timeframe of repair and have emailed HCC for an urgent review into why these access points have not been fixed.

We have increased our patrols, either by Car, Foot and Cycle. By doing so we have now identified 3 mopeds linked to ASB, and Section 59s will be issued to the rider and their mopeds, we are also speaking to their housing providers, as them causing ASB in our Village can be seen as a breach of their tenancy agreement - this has worked in the past and we will support our partner agencies in doing so again.

E-scooters, we have continued to disrupt the behaviour and use of these in and around the village, and have seen a decrease in calls about them.
